FUZZU toys may not be sold via third party online marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, and Walmart.com.

Our order minimum is $100.00 (opening and re-orders).

Quantity minimums are inner packs of the same design:

  • Cat toys—6 per inner pack

  • Dog toys—3 per inner pack

  • Jumbo toys—1 per pack


 

 Placing an Order:

  • Orders by credit card only - We accept Discover, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

  • Place your wholesale order through our secure payment processing system (fuzzuwholesale.com). Hold onto your Wholesaler password (petsandyou) so you can get back into your wholesale site for future orders. This is also where you'll find all of the information that you need about our products.


Payment:

  • We accept Discover, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We do not ship COD.


Shipping:

  • Free shipping for orders over $200.

  • Shipping costs will be added to your order at the time your credit card is charged. All orders will be shipped via USPS from our fulfillment center in Champlain, NY. You will be emailed with a tracking number when your order ships. Please notify us if you would like to pay for expedited shipping. We can give you cheaper shipping rate by Pony Express (if you provide the carrots).

  • Fuzzu is not responsible for any carrier delays. That’s their fault and we just won’t take on that guilt.

Getting Your Shipping Address Right the First Time:

  • Please be sure to double-check your ship-to address, as we cannot be held responsible for shipping address mistakes and associated charges. We know that Retail Therapy can cause quite a buzz, but please shop responsibly.

Turn-Around Time:

  • Orders ship within two business days from the day you place your order. We ship Monday through Friday.

Damaged Items:

  • We pride ourselves on making quality toys. Every pet is unique, but some are more rough and tumble when playing with a toy. A “Common Sense Statement” is on all of our hangtags. If a customer returns a Fuzzu toy that has been damaged, please ask them to email a photo of the damaged toy (please do not send us the actual toy) and the circumstances of damage to info@fuzzutoys.com. We will be happy to replace the toy or refund the purchase price for reasonable requests. We want your customers to be loyal to our brand!

  • Please note that we only accept returns when an item is damaged.


Resale of Fuzzu Products:

  • As a wholesale customer, we expect that our items are sold at a reasonable retail markup and in a retail environment. This means 100% markup (Keystone) of our wholesale price.

  • FUZZU toys may not be sold via third party online marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, and Walmart.com.
